World Doula Week Philadelphia Gathering & Prenatal Yoga Event

To celebrate World Doula Week, join us for an informational gathering and prenatal yoga session. Join other expectant local moms to discuss ways to improve your labor and birth experience such as preparing a birth plan, practicing relaxation and breathing techniques, and incorporating gentle movement and stretching into your routine. To complete our session, enjoy a gentle 30 minute guided prenatal yoga class, which incorporates movements beneficial to both pregnancy and active labor. Heather and Keli will also be available to answer questions about how a Doula can be beneficial to your birth experience by providing continuous emotional, physical and informational support to the mother and partner throughout labor, birth and early postpartum.Event $10, snacks and refreshments provided.
