CreativeMornings Fort Worth Presents Native
As a Fort Worth native, Sonya Cisneros Wierzowiecki decided early on to put down her own family roots right here in Cowtown. Her parents are the owners of Los Vaqueros, a well-loved Tex-Mex restaurant with locations in Fort Worth’s Historic Stockyards and in Willow Park. After graduating from TCU, however, she has blazed her own trails through local journalism, the non-profit sector and the cultural district. Most recently, she has returned to her passion for journalism and storytelling by joining the Fort Worth Report as Director of Development.
