Vans Custom Culture Workshop with artist Todd Francis

Get creative. Enter the Vans Custom Culture shoe customization contest! About this Event: Join Los Angeles based designer and artist Todd Francis, for an intimate workshop and discussion through his creative process, and learn how to customize a shoe of your own at Space 1026 on September 24th from 7pm to 9pm. For the last two decades Todd has created memorable and iconic skateboard and graphics for a number of companies including the original Antihero logo and the Customade by Vans shoe project. In addition his studio art has been shown in galleries around the world.

Todd will also spend time mentoring in small groups, and field a Q&A at the end of the workshop to help you with our first ever global shoe customization contest. Our shoe is your canvas. Custom Culture gives people the opportunity to showcase their creativity by designing their own show for a chance to win a cash prize and their own custom shoe design.

Three global winners will each receive $25,000 and have their shoe design produced by Vans.
