Join the Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders for a fun fitness class presented by Novo Nordisk, Independence Blue Cross, and Rothman Orthopaedics at Jefferson Health!
This incredible class will be led by the Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders, where they’ll mix general fitness with some of the dance moves you see them perform on the sideline. It’s perfect for anyone looking for a great exercise experience—no dance training is required!
The Dance Fitness Workout will take place at the NovaCare Complex, in the Eagles indoor practice facility. Tickets are just $30, and all participants will receive a special gift.
