Just like when a thunderstorm arises we seek shelter, so when the storms of our minds arise, we need to seek the shelter of peace and wisdom. Being spiritual means we can become someone who has all the inner resources necessary to get through all the ups and downs of life.
By understanding three special objects, we can gain the inner power to protect ourselves from any difficulties life throws our way. This is the real meaning of becoming an inner being. The teachings and meditations will be based on traditional sources.
Taught by Resident Teacher, Gen Tenzin.
Each session builds upon the previous one. It is encouraged to attend all sessions.

1:30 – 2:30pm: Meditation
2:45 – 4:00pm: Teaching, Discussion, and Q & A
