Rothman Orthopaedics presents Center City Fit returns to Dilworth Park this April with an exciting lineup of free fitness classes. Programs will be held on Monday and Tuesday evenings starting April 15, with a special event scheduled for Saturday, June 1.
Professional trainers will lead a variety workouts, which include Zumba® on Mondays and Boot Camp on Tuesdays from 6PM-7PM. The classes will be led by experienced trainers from Optimal Sport Health Clubs 1315 Walnut, with experts from Rothman Institute dropping in periodically to offer tips on stretching and injury prevention. Participants of all skill levels are encouraged to join in on the fun!
