Teens, Ages 13-18, we invite you to join us for a nourishing and playful afternoon of Authentic Relating, a practice in presence, vulnerability, and connection. We will guide you through a powerful collection of creative practices/exercises that are specifically designed to support you in becoming more self aware and help you to connect more meaningfully and authentically with others.
Join us solo or bring your friends! Come play, be inspired, make new friends, and discover how nourishing it is to share space and connection with others interesting, creative, caring, and awesome humans. We look forward to sharing this powerful practice with all of you!
