SMILE on Down Syndrome is hosting our annual SMILE Mile on October 5th from 9 to noon at the Vanderburgh County 4-H Center. It's free to walk to show your support for individuals with Down Syndrome and their caregivers. Since 2001, SMILE on Down Syndrome has provided physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and educational support services to people of all ages with Down Syndrome and their families and communities.
