"History in the Making!" Adult Talent Show 2022 from NAACP Evansville
The Education Committee of the NAACP Evansville Branch, 3048-B will host its first annual adult talent show in 2022. History in the Making! is planned to take place on Saturday, February 26, 2022, 6:00-8:00 pm, at the Old National Events Center. In addition to highlighting the history of Black entertainment, this multicultural event will feature local artists of all talents - singing, dancing, comedy, drama, etc. Prizes include a $1,000 First (1st) Place Prize and a Community Choice prize of $500. Community Choice selection will be determined via online voting and open to the public. This is sure to be a fun, entertaining, and very exciting night. Tickets are $20 and now available at https://naacpevansville.com/talent-show/. In-person audience capacity is limited. All others will be able to purchase a Virtual ticket.
Our second round of auditions will be held Saturday, February 5, 2022. Register at NAACPevansville.com. There is a $25 non-refundable audition fee.
