4-star top-secret hotel in downtown St. Louis, about a 10-minute walk from the Gateway Arch
When you book a top-secret hotel, you’re guaranteed a name-brand property with a rating of 3 stars or higher in the neighborhood we specify. We’ll let you know the name and exact address of your top-secret hotel after you purchase the deal: Look in the redemption instructions for this deal, found in your account and on your email confirmation.
Set in a 19th-century building in downtown St. Louis, this 4-star hotel is close to many historical sites. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the city’s famous Gateway Arch and an 8-minute walk from Laclede’s Landing, a riverfront historic district with restaurants and bars.
The first thing you notice about the St. Louis Gateway Arch is its height: at 630 feet, it’s the tallest manmade monument in the United States, and it dwarfs the other buildings of the St. Louis skyline. Less obvious is the fact that the Arch is exactly as tall as it is wide, stretching out along the banks of the Mississippi River. You can take a ride to the summit for a bird’s-eye view of the city’s skyline and riverboats riding the Mississippi. Make sure you get to the Arch before 10 a.m.; after that, the lines start to get long, and tickets sometimes sell out in the afternoon. A few miles down the river, you’ll find the headquarters of brewing giant Anheuser-Busch, which began producing there in 1852. On a tour through the red-brick brewery, you can sample beers and visit the stables where the company keeps its iconic clydesdale horses.
Nearby Forest Park’s more than 1,200 acres of green space are also worth a visit. Contained in this space is the Saint Louis Zoo, which corrals hundreds of species in several different habitats; it’s frequently cited as one of the best zoos in the country, and entrance is free.

Nicknamed Music City, Nashville is the undisputed capital of country music—the place where artists such as Patsy Cline and Dolly Parton hit it big and where generations of singers, strummers, banjo pickers, and fiddlers have taken the stage at the Grand Ole Opry. Despite its country roots, the city has also embraced other genres, including rock, rap, and jazz. You’ll find some of the best Nashville music venues along Honky Tonk Row, as up-and-coming musicians and songwriters step into the spotlight. Nearby, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum showcases an extensive audio archive and a memorabilia collection that includes Elvis’s golden Cadillac, Willie Nelson’s bandanna, and artifacts from iconic rockers including Lynyrd Skynyrd and Bob Dylan.
Just southwest of downtown lies the 132-acre Centennial Park, which is adjacent to Vanderbilt University. The city’s premier outdoor space features a full-scale replica of the Parthenon alongside a 42-foot-tall statue of Athena. Modern resort with an infinity pool and unbeatable ocean views as well as easy access to the pristine Dawn Beach; airfare not included
The Caribbean island of Sint Maarten serves as the setting for vacationing at the tropical Oyster Bay Beach Resort. Here, guests can start the day with a refreshing dip in the infinity pool, which was built on an old coral reef and was named as one of the top five pools in the Caribbean by Travel+Leisure magazine. After swimming a few laps it’s best to revive the spirits at the resort’s restaurant serving international cuisine on the outdoor terrace overlooking the ocean. Those who wish to explore the island of Sint Maarten can take a stroll to the nearby Dawn Beach or head to Oyster Bay Marina and observe nautical operations. Adventurers can try many of the island’s day trip opportunities such as deep-sea fishing, snorkeling, and scuba diving.
The island of Sint Maarten, located just south of Anguilla in the Caribbean, was ranked on U.S. News & World Report’s list of the Best Islands in the World for its "soaring mountains and beautiful shorelines." This gorgeous topography has been peacefully shared by the French and the Dutch for more than 350 years, giving the island two very distinct yet harmonious personalities. Both parts of the island, however, feature crystal-clear bays filled with fascinating coral structures and tropical fish. On the French side, it’s worth it to take a guided snorkeling trip through Creole Rock, which has a collection of boulders encircled by reefs. Dolphins, eagle rays, and barracudas are frequently spotted here.
The Dutch side is known for its quiet beaches and lively nightlife. Maho Village has its fair share of casinos, and nightclubs here host steel-drum bands and oceanfront bonfire parties late into the night. At the Maho Promenade, situated in the center of town, 40 duty-free boutiques sell fine jewelry, watches, and handsome handicrafts. Most shops, cafés, and restaurants stay open until 11 p.m., so you can enjoy a nightcap amid open-air patios as musicians and dancers perform nearby.

Combining modern with vintage styles, this hotel puts guests near South Beach nightlife, restaurants, and the beach
South Beach is known for its fashionable nightlife, its trendy restaurants, and its picture-perfect beaches. The Gates Hotel South Beach - a DoubleTree by Hilton puts you steps from all three from an enviable spot along bustling Collins Avenue. Located inside the former Ankara Motel, an art deco-inspired building from 1954, the hotel has kept its vintage facade while constructing a modern, almost futuristic vibe on the inside.
Just east of downtown Miami, on the barrier island that forms Miami Beach, you’ll find one of the world’s nightlife capitals: South Beach. The clubs along Ocean Drive are legendary for their boisterous, all-night blowouts—and for good reason. With all the rum-soaked mojitos, colorful neon, and celebrity sightings, it can feel like an endless party. Perhaps that’s why the area pops up so often in film and TV shows, including Burn Notice and The Birdcage.
The coast of South Beach is known as Lummus Park, which Frommer’s calls Miami’s “best beach for people-watching.” Head across the bay, to South Pointe Park or Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park, for quieter, more secluded shores.
