Walk/Run for Families in Crisis
The Lee & Beulah Moor Children’s Home is excited to announce that for the first time, our 21st Annual Walk/Run for Families in Crisis will take place at the Lee & Beulah Moor Children's Home! This fun, family-friendly event is happening Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 8 a.m.
Participate with friends and family in a 5K competitive run or walk one mile for a good cause! All proceeds from this event directly benefit the children and families we serve and help cover the cost of meals we provide for them throughout the year.
The first 300 people to register will receive 21st Annual Walk/Run for Families in Crisis T-shirts. You can participate as an individual or as a team. (There must be a minimum of 10 members per team in order to pay the reduced entry fee.) There will be awards (see details below), giveaways and contest prizes, entertainment and great memories!
Register at our office (1100 E. Cliff Dr., Bldg A), Up and Running (3233 N. Mesa) or online at RaceAdventuresUnlimited.com. Online registration will close Wednesday, May 17 at 6 p.m.
Early packet pick-up: Friday, May 19th from 1-6 p.m. at the Lee and Beulah Moor Children's Home, 1100 East Cliff Drive (Recreation Center, Building E.)
As we closely monitor the CDC-recommended safety guidelines for COVID-19, we will announce any possible changes to our event in advance. INDIVIDUAL ENTRY FEES:
$20 before May 8
$25 after May 8
$25 race day
$15 for military and students before May 8
$20 for military and students after May 8
TEAM ENTRY FEES (minimum 10 members per team):
$15 for each member before May 8

For 64 years, the Lee & Beulah Moor Children's Home has offered a wide range of services that uplift vulnerable children and families in the region, including residential care, foster care, adoption, individual and family counseling, independent living skills training, a college program, aftercare and so much more. Our Home has seen more than 30,000 children pass through our doors. Your support with this event ultimately helps us continue to provide a safe and loving place for more children to grow, build skills, explore strengths and achieve healthy goals.
