Join us as we socialize (and social distance!) while enjoying an ultra-exclusive charitable tasting experience like never before. On October 3rd, The Trauma Survivors Foundation and UpcomingEvents.com will host the Grapes, Grains & Hops: A Philanthropic Tasting Experience at Bellevue State Park in Wilmington, Delaware!
Everyone will have a private table and the ability to taste some of the very best craft beers, wines and craft cocktails from Delaware and beyond - this event is the perfect way for you to have that long overdue gathering with friends to celebrate over incredible libations. Each table will be laid out with beer, wine, and cocktails while also having the opportunity to walk around and sample other drinks at our surrounding vendor stations. Upgrade to Ultra-VIP for early entry into the event, elevated ultra-exclusive at-table samples, as well as a valuable take-home gift bag!
All picnic-style tables will seat up to 8 people allowing guests to comfortably sit with their group while complying to all CDC guidelines with surrounding tables. Handicap tables available. Please try to get a group of 6-8 people for your table to maximize the tables, but we can accommodate groups of 2 and 4 as well. Your table stands as your “home base” and will be personally set up for each guest when your group arrives. There will be a self-guided descriptive tasting that you can take home, entertaining activities for the group to enjoy at your table, and bottled water and other non-alcoholic refreshments. You will be able to enjoy beer, wine, cocktail, and lifestyle vendors at multiple tents as well as have the opportunity to ask questions to our tasting experts.
With live entertainment, a silent auction and lots of activities both on your table and around the venue, you will not want to miss this philanthropic tasting experience as we happily support the amazing efforts of the Trauma Survivors Foundation!
There are TWO SESSIONS for this event, each limited to 300 people ONLY.
Attendees can choose between our two ticket options of VIP Admission and Ultra VIP Admission.

About the Trauma Survivors:
The Trauma Survivors Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Delaware. The money raised through donations from caring individuals goes directly to providing trained therapists for emergency response during and after traumatic events, training to expand the network of responders and sponsorships to those that want to become certified and help carry out our mission. All of our services are offered at a national level. Anyone and everyone is affected by trauma and crisis. They want to help those who need their support.
Since the beginning of the Foundation they have helped 25,000 individuals through crisis intervention - events like these will help continue to grow this number.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
All tickets purchased for this event are final. THERE SHALL BE NO TICKET REFUNDS FOR THIS EVENT. All tickets are delivered via tracked delivery email. This is a "Rain / Snow / Heat or Shine" indoor/outdoor event. Ticket prices are subject to change and increase at any time. If you have issues with your order, please contact the organizer at the link above.
In the event of a cancellation of this event, for reasons that include, but may not limited to, situations outside of our control, governmental acts, acts of God, riots, production delays, hazardous conditions, strikes, natural disasters, local emergencies, health crisis, inclement weather of any type, or inaccessibility or unavailability of the Venue, we may, in our sole and absolute discretion elect to either, (a) issue you a full or partial refund, (b) postpone the Event for a future date, (c) offer you something to "make good" on your purchase, and/or (d) any combination of (a), (b), and/or (c).
At all times prior to the event, we reserve all rights to cancel or postpone the Event or to change times and dates of the Event, or other event details without prior notice to purchaser or ticket holder. Cancellation of the event may take place either prior to the start of the event or at any time while the event is taking place. Delayed venue gate openings and/or the inability to access any parts of the venue or event due to federal, state, municipal or other code regulations, our policies, emergency and/or partial or complete event shutdown or evacuation, performance or event delays, inclement weather, and potentially hazardous conditions for attendees, volunteers, or staff, purchaser or ticket holder shall not be entitled to any type of refund or future credit. Again, under no circumstances shall you be entitled to any type of refund or exchange. If we elect to issue a refund, which is in our sole and absolute discretion, the purchaser shall be refunded an amount up to the face value of the ticket(s) only. If we elect to reschedule the event for a future date or provide any other sort of compensation, either monetary or other tangible items of value, or a combination of both, purchaser shall not be entitled to any amount of refund or future credit. Under no circumstances shall Purchaser be entitled to a refund of any shipping, handling, ticketing, or other processing or service fees. These terms are subject to change at any time.
