DC Wine Fest

Introducing the DC Wine Fest®, an elevated wine tasting experience that aims to stimulate all of your senses. Come throw back some great food, take in some art, and enjoy live music performances, while tasting some of the best varietals from all over the world.

All wine tastings are included in your ticket. We believe in responsible alcohol service. You can sample wine tastings during your session time until and unless you show visible signs of intoxication, at which point service stops.

The DC Wine Fest® is a live event. Your ticket is allocated against venue capacity at purchase. All tickets are final sale and nonrefundable.

You have a choice between Early Admission tickets and GA tickets. Early Admission tickets get you in an extra hour earlier than GA (General Admission) tickets, and you get to continue to enjoy the event during the GA session. That's the only difference between the two ticket choices per Session.

Session 1 Early Admission: 12:00pm - 1:00pm (includes admission during GA)

Session 1 GA: 1:00pm - 3:00pm

Session 2 Early Admission: 3:30pm - 4:30pm (includes admission during GA)

Session 2 GA: 4:30pm - 6:30pm

Session 3 Early Admission: 7:00pm - 8:00pm (includes admission during GA)

Session 3 GA: 8:00pm - 10:00pm

FAQ

Transportation: We strongly encourage use of public transportation or ride sharing apps. Due to venue capacity, all entrants must have a ticket to enter (including designated drivers).

Non-drinkers: we'd love to have you, but due to venue capacity, each entry requires a ticket.

Children: while we love kids, their attendance is prohibited. This is a 21+ event.

Pets: we love pets too but, unfortunately, their admission is prohibited.

Weather: The event is indoors, and happens regardless of weather conditions.

Covid-19 Protocols: Covid-19 guidance is regularly changing. We will be following any applicable city, state, and federal guidelines that exist at the time of the event. In addition, Staff, Vendors, and Attendees are asked to:

Wear a mask if unvaccinated or feel more comfortable wearing a mask in public spaces

Stay home if sick or are exhibiting any symptom associated with COVID-19

WHAT ACTIONS ARE WE TAKING FOR COVID:

Indoor and outdoor: We will be using a much larger area to help spread out the attendees, for increased social distancing. This area will include Dock 5 at Union Market and its outdoor courtyard areas.

More space, more fresh air: we will be using both indoor and outdoor spaces, and have engaged additional security to close off the courtyard of Dock 5. This will enable us to open up all bay doors throughout the facility. This will promote air flow throughout the indoor portions of the DC Wine Fest.

Restricted capacity: Operating at a self-imposed 25% reduction in available capacity.

Mandates followed: Local covid mandates are regularly changing: we will be following whatever mandates exist at the time of the event. If the event were held today, attendees would be required (a) to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or (b) have a negative COVID-19 test no more than 72 hours prior to attending. Proof needs to be displayed at the entrance. Patrons would be required to wear a face mask or covering to enter inside of the establishment unless the patron has a medical or mental health condition or a disability that prevents the patron from wearing a mask or face covering. Staff will wear a face mask or covering indoors. Masks must be worn unless actively eating or drinking. Masks are not required when outdoors. For more information on local mandates, click here.

COVID-19 DISCLAIMER

You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including, but not limited to staff, vendors, and attendees.
