15th Annual, "Celebrating A Healthier Detroit" Expo
The McKinney Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on advancing health equity, entrepreneurship, and environmental stewardship. We aim to ensure equity in education, awareness, and access to beneficial resources. Our mission is to strengthen metro Detroit by reinvesting in our citizenry through quality programs that promote healthy living, entrepreneurship, and environmental responsibility.
Our 15th Annual "Celebrating a Healthier Detroit" Expo is a full day of fun with a serious purpose! The Event Theme: Fostering Resilience Through Healthy Living. Summer is a time to enjoy good music, healthy foods, and community! At the Expo, there will be invited speakers, exhibits, and health screenings targeting relevant health issues, group fitness sessions, healthy cooking demos & tastings for the whole family, free giveaways, prizes, music, dances, and more!
