Each dish is designed to complement the distinctive character of Groth Vineyard's celebrated vintages. Michael Taylor from Groth Vineyards will guide guests through each pairing, sharing the stories behind these exceptional wines and the craftsmanship that makes them extraordinary.
First Course: Watermelon & Mint Salad with feta cheese, balsamic, and mango-ginger vinaigrette. Paired with Napa Sauvignon Blanc.
Second Course: Super Lump Crab Cake with watercress, apples, and pepper slaw. Paired with Estate Chardonnay.
Third Course: Truffle Mushroom Gnocchi with Alaskan king crab and fried oyster mushrooms. Paired with Oakcross Proprietary Red Blend.
Fourth Course: Filet Mignon Wellington wrapped in delicate puff pastry. Paired with Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon.
Dessert: Butter Cake with vanilla gelato, fresh berries, and warm caramel sauce.
