LTU CoAD’s Design x Technology Lunch and Learn Series presents Architect and educator, Julian Bleecker and his presentation, “Design Fiction”.

Design Fiction, a term he coined to describe the use of speculative design as a means of exploring and shaping the future. In an economic down-cycle opportunities exist for re-inventing and innovating both in terms of the creation of new value, as well as the approaches to that value creation. Design Fiction is uniquely suited to mapping the next evolution of value by emphasizing the importance of the relationship between Imagination (creative practice) and Structure (work).
This lecture is part of Lawrence Technological University's CoAD Lunch + Learn lecture series. LTU CoAD's Lunch + Learn lecture series is free and open to the public. There will be a Q & A after the presentation. Your on-campus registration includes a pizza lunch.
