Now: 3 Strategies for Leading Change without Losing People Facilitator: Dr. Angela Jack is a nationally recognized speaker on leadership development and sustainability, systems improvement, organizational strategy, and implementation science. She has more than 30 years of experience in education, known for helping teachers and school administrators translate strategy into action and drive meaningful results. Grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people, systems, and strategy are aligned. Dr. Jack is passionate about empowering educators and creating conditions in which schools and communities can thrive. Currently, she serves as Director of Continuous Improvement at the Wayne County Regional Educational Service Agency in Michigan. What to expect: Identify ways to help educators feel more connected, informed, and supported during times of change. Use practical communication strategies to strengthen clarity, connection, and collaboration among teams. Create an action plan with meaningful next steps to lead and sustain change more effectively in their school or organization. The Power of Feedback: Driving Student Achievement Through Effective Teacher Practices Lead Facilitator: Mr. Donell James has been an educator for 25 years. He taught in the New York City Public Schools and at National Heritage Academies where he served in various roles as New Teacher Coach, Instructional Coach, Dean of Instruction, Assistant Principal, and Principal. Currently, Mr. James serves as a Dean who is responsible for providing coaching and feedback to teachers to have a positive impact on student engagement and achievement. Supporting Facilitator: Mr. Nguessan Kouame has taught for several years. He has been a teacher at National Heritage Academies for 3 years. In those 3 years, his instructional practices has substantially increased student proficiency in Social Studies. What to expect: Identify the impact that consistent coaching and feedback has on teacher performance and student achievement. Evaluate best practices for providing coaching and feedback.
