For this residency, we are honored to welcome Chef Takashi Yagihashi back to Chef's Table as he returns to Detroit, a city that played a defining role in his career. Known for his elegant fusion of Japanese, French, and American influences, Chef Takashi brings a refined omakase experience shaped by decades of culinary innovation and discipline.
