Together, we will learn about the artist’s intentions and processes before making our own works of art with guidance from visiting artists and museum educators. On Thursday, July 24, from 5:30-7:30pm, explore textiles from Cranbrook Art Museum's permanent collection and the exhibition "Eventually Everything Connects: Mid-Century Design in the US" and learn how to make repeating patterns by hand and a DIY method for silkscreening onto fabric. $25 per participant, $20 for ArtMembers, intended for ages 16 and up.
