The weekly classes take place every Wednesday, beginning on March 6, at 11:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at Congregation Shaarey Zedek, located at 27375 Bell Road in Southfield, MI. Classes are open to individuals of all abilities. Yoga mats will be supplied for participants, and individuals who use mobility aids are encouraged to bring them to class.
