Fall Focus 2025: The Erasure of Women - A Call to Action

National Council of Jewish Women, Michigan (NCJW|MI) is hosting Fall Focus 25: The Erasure of Women, A Call to Action on Monday, Nov. 10 from 7-9 p.m. at Adat Shalom Synagogue (29901 Middlebelt Road, Farmington Hills). Frédérique Irwin, who is President and CEO of the National Women’s History Museum, which leads efforts to reshape how women’s stories are told in America, will be the keynote speaker. The museum recently launched a campaign called She is not a footnote. And neither are you. to address the underrepresentation of women in history and inspire the next generation of leaders. The aim is to put women’s stories at the forefront of people’s minds and inspire women and young girls to be bold and ambitious. To register and purchase tickets, which cost $18 (students are free with school ID), call or 248.355.3300 ext. 0 or go to https://ncjwmi.org/product/fall_focus/. No walk-ins to the event.
