Operation Barre & Boost: A Workout for a Cause: Co-Hosted by Erin Saba, Melissa Stratton & Operation Breast Density organization
Join us at Ohana Fitness and Wellness for an incredible fusion workout and fundraiser in support of Operation Breast Density to raise awareness about breast cancer and breast density screening. This event is all about empowering women, educating our community on breast health, and raising funds for this important cause!
What to Expect:We’ll kick things off with a 45-minute fusion workout co-taught by Erin Saba and Melissa Stratton.
Barre: The first part of the class will be a low-impact workout mixing dance, Pilates, and yoga to tone, strengthen, and lengthen your muscles.Pound Unplugged: The second part will combine high-intensity training with rhythmic breathing, mindfulness, and meditation, leaving you feeling recharged and empowered.
Event Details:Date: October 13th at 10amLocation: Ohana Fitness and Wellness Studio
Duration: 2 hours total
Cost: $35 per person (includes class, Vit B12 & Skinny Shots, light snacks, mimosas, and 1 raffle ticket for give-away prizes)

After the Workout:Enjoy light snacks and mimosas, and stick around for a fun and informative chat on breast health. We'll have education materials on breast cancer screening guidelines, the challenges of dense breast tissue, and the importance of additional imaging for dense breasts.
