Teach the World to Sew Day
Join The Iowa Quilt Block as we celebrate Teach the World to Sew Day, a global event dedicated to inspiring creativity and community through sewing! This special day invites everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned quilters to experience the joy of sewing in a fun, welcoming environment.
Throughout the day, we’ll be offering FREE two-hour classes where you can learn to sew your very own tote bag. Our friendly instructors will guide you step-by-step through the project, and we’ll provide all materials, sewing machines, and tools. All you need to bring is your enthusiasm!
Whether you’ve never used a sewing machine before or you’re looking to refresh your skills, this is the perfect opportunity to learn, create, and connect with others who love to sew. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
