Competitors in the meat smoking competition begin the night before and throughout the day's events. Other festivities during the day include a pancake breakfast, large cornhole tournament, kids tent, entertaining and challenging firefighter water fights, and local food/drink options. The day wraps up with a large community feed (over 400 guests in 2022) with great dinner options!
