Youth in our mentoring programs will team up with football players from Grand View, Simpson, and other colleges. Grab a lawn chair, cheer on the teams, and learn about our Big Recruitment Campaign, The Big Draft! What is The Big Draft? Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Iowa is drafting our next class of Bigs to reach more youth waiting for a mentor. Our goal is to recruit 60 Bigs in 60 days.The need for youth mentorship is critical in our community and greater than ever right now with over 200 youth waiting for a Big.
