Doors Open 6:30 - Please arrive then to choose your project, grab a seat and we’ll give you some creative instruction.
The laughs start at 7pm
Tickets $35 - Includes the comedy show and a $20 credit towards your ceramic project

Jen Kuhle
Jen was raised on the banks of the mighty Mississippi. She has performed stand up and improv in clubs and at festivals throughout the US including The Comedy Bar, Jukebox Comedy Club, Asheville Comedy Fest, Flyover Fest, Des Comedies Festival, Helena Good Time and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She jokes about growing up blue collar and working in education. With the mouth of a sailor and the face of a preschool teacher, she’ll say all of the things frowned upon in a professional setting.
Brandon Ream
Brandon Ream is a stand-up comedian, who after years of living in Brooklyn, New York, has recently returned to his hometown of Des Moines, Iowa. His unique style of playful, slow-burning puns and one-liners has endeared him to audiences all over the country which and led to him performing in comedy festivals like The Chicago Comedy Expo, the Bird City Comedy Festival, and the Beast Village Comedy Festival. He also won the Best Joke Writer in Brooklyn competition at the inaugural Cinder Block Comedy Festival and he co-hosts the weekly comedy podcast THE NOSTALGIC FRONT. Brandon is cool and fun and can be found nightly telling his silly jokes all over the midwest.
Mel Mackey
Mel Mackey is a standup comedian from Des Moines, Iowa. As a former wedding planner, travel agent, and employed person, she uses her hilarious life experiences to remind you that life is funny and you're not alone. She is a regular host and feature at Teehee's Comedy Club and performs all across the Midwest. Mel was most recently a featured performer at Sno Jam Comedy Festival, Floodwater Festival, and Des Comedie Festival.
