Bridgerton Dinner at The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa
An exquisite Bridgerton-inspired dinner at The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa on May 8th from 5 to 9 p.m.
Hosted in the newly reopened Ellyngton’s inside Denver’s Grande Dame, the evening of opulence will include a cocktail hour with bottomless champagne and hors d'oeuvres; four-course dinner with palate cleansers and wine pairings; harpist playing modern pop music in the style of the show; photo opportunities aplenty; gossip card prompts to entice alluring conversations; an award for the lord or lady deemed ‘best dressed’ in true Regency style; a surprise visit from the illustrious Queen Charlotte; and more.
The four-course menu includes citrus lime oysters with vodka; arugula salad with fig and prosciutto, with goat cheese crostini; beef wellington with potato puree, asparagus and mustard demi; and Queen Charlotte’s chocolate drama for dessert –paired with Decoy wines, and a port from The Brown Palace’s private cellar.
