All You Need is Love: A 60th Anniversary Beatles Dinner
Come together for a magical evening at The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa celebrating the 60
th
anniversary of The Beatles’ iconic Red Rocks performance (and the band’s stay at the historic hotel). Enjoy a special dinner, Beatles-inspired cocktails, and live music that will transport guests back to 1964. The four-course menu includes caviar deviled eggs; a “strawberry fields” salad of mixed greens, slivered almond, pistachio, feta cheese, strawberries, and huckleberry dressing; guest’s choice of “blackbird” chicken roulade with truffle masked potatoes and grilled asparagus, or “helter skelter” halibut with Colorado green chili hummus, petit veggie, and orange foam as the entree; and “here comes the sun” lavender crème brulee with a marmalade sky sauce for dessert. This special dinner takes place on August 22, 2024 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tickets are required and can be purchased on
