Philadelphia Freedom — A Tribute to Elton John with special guest The Who Generation
Philadelphia Freedom is the quintessential tribute to Sir Elton John. Formed in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania in 2019, the band has performed hundreds of shows at theatres, festivals, and concert series across the United States.
Philadelphia Freedom brings a youthful and exceptionally energetic portrayal of Elton and his legendary band, featuring excellent orchestrations and soaring harmonies to boot. With his awe-inspiring piano abilities, captivating voice, and inventive fashion sense, Doug Delescavage is Elton John as he was in his 20s.
Performing hits such as "Rocket Man," "Crocodile Rock," "I’m Still Standing," "Don’t Let the Sun Go Down On Me," "Bennie and the Jets," and of course, "Philadelphia Freedom," fans are sure to be transported back to some of the greatest hits and eras of Elton’s music.
