    11/01/2023 05:00 PM 02/07/2024 08:00 PM America/Bahia_Banderas Caramelized Beer Night by the Fire Swing by our taproom on the first Wednesday in Nov - Feb for some caramelized beer! We will be heating up beer caramelizers (metal rods) in wood fire pits that will be burning in our beer garden. Those red hot metal rods will then be placed into your beer for a few seconds so that it both caramelizes the sugars & changes the flavor while the foam rises. You'll end up with a cold beer and hot foam and the contrast in temperature helps to provide a unique beer drinking experience. You'll just purchase a beer at its normal price then come out for the caramelization at no extra cost. We will have a list of recommended beers based on vigorous tasting trials but you're welcome to get this don...
