Caramelized Beer Night #3!
We had so much fun at the last two that we couldn't help but plan a third!!!
Swing by our taproom on Wednesday, March 1st for some caramelized beer. What does that mean, you ask? We will be heating up metal rods known as beer caramelizers by placing them into wood fire pits that will be burning in our beer garden. Those red hot metal rods will then be placed into your beer for a few seconds so that it caramelizes the sugars & changes the flavor as well as creates hot foam for your cold beer! The best part in definitely the contrast of the cold beer & hot foam.
We suggest doing this with the malty & roasty options on tap but you're welcome to get this done to any beer we have available that day.
