Mercantile’s 10th Anniversary Dinner
To celebrate a decade of dining, founder/owner Chef Alex Seidel and team at Mercantile will be hosting the Mercantile 10th Anniversary Dinner on Thursday, October 24, a one-night-only, ticketed event with an over-the-top menu of dishes created especially for the evening by past Mercantile kitchen team members and Seidel’s chef friends from across Colorado and the country.
The 10th Anniversary celebration night starts at 6:30 PM with passed appetizers and a champagne toast, followed by a five-course seated dinner. A special selection of wines by the glass and bottle, as well as a curated cocktail menu, will be available.
The event will be hosted by Chef Seidel and Mercantile’s current Executive Chef Alex Grenier, who will be in the kitchen alongside a number of notable chefs, including:
