Kolsch Service featuring a Special Release!
And it gets even better. Accomplished homebrewer Donald Schneider won an opportunity to brew with us at the 2024 Rocky Mountain Homebrew Challenge. We worked with him over the summer to scale up his Krampus Kölsch recipe, and brewed it up to submit to the Great American Beer Festival in the Pro-Am category! With it being a Kölsch and the submittal week for GABF entries start the week after Labor Day, we couldn't pick a better opportunity to tap it for a Kölsch service!
