On Thursday, May 29th from 6 - 8pm, Por Lo Bueno mezcal joins with Kachina Cantina for a night of unforgettable flavors! Enjoy a curated flight from Por Lo Bueno that is paired with an unforgettable four-course dinner. You'll learn about each expression and hear about the creation of each dish from executive chef Carlos Fierro.
The Menu
First Course: Smoked scallop crudo tostada, mezcal pickled red onion, charred pineapple puree, micro cilantro, paired with Por Lo Bueno Espadin.
Second Course: Grilled peach and beet salad with whipped goat cheese, arugula, crispy quinoa, agave citrus vinaigrette, paired with Por Lo Bueno Cuixe.
Third Course: Barbacoa bison short rib, pobalano potato puree, roasted zucchini, crispy shallots, paired with Pol Lo Bueno Tobala.
Fourth Course: Chocolate tamale mezcal ice cream, paired with Por Lo Bueno Tepeztate.
