EDGE Member Group Exhibition: Everything is NOT fine
It seems like everywhere we look there's something demanding our attention. Politics, war, the environment, grief, community, identity, memory—even the simple act of getting through the day can feel like a lot. As artists, we don't always have answers, but we do have a way of responding.
Everything Is (Not) Fine asks EDGE members to create work that reflects the world we're living in right now. That response can be personal or political, quiet or loud, hopeful or angry. It can deal with what's happening across the globe or something much closer to home. There are no limits other than making work that honestly reflects where you are in this moment.
This isn't about everyone agreeing. It's about showing how differently we experience the same world. Together, these works become a snapshot of this particular moment in time—a collection of voices, concerns, observations, and maybe even a little hope.
Things may look fine on the surface. But we all know it's more complicated than that.
