Kick off your July 4th with a new tradition at the Rock-It Run! Choose from a Half Marathon, 5K, Patriotic Pet Parade or the free 1K Little Rock-It Run for kids (8 years and under). Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun way to celebrate, this event is for you.
Our mission is to raise awareness and funds for organizations that support veterans, first-responders, and others in overcoming PTSD and mental illness. Join us to make a difference and start your holiday with a healthy and meaningful activity.
