In this fun one-day drawing workshop students will learn how to make mindless scribbles, nonobjective drawings and discover new shapes and patterns as well as how to make their own cut outs to create their own abstract collage doodle art to take home.
When doodling, the repetitive strokes, lines, and shapes allow you to concentrate on rhythmic and repeating patterns, helping you to let go of thoughts and concerns and alleviate stress. The meditative scribbling and drawing process calms your mind helping you to become centered. Come and spend a fun day doodling! Workshop is taught by Behnaz Ahmadian.
