What Genealogical Resources does the Denver Public Library Offer You? by Jaymie Middendorf
Description: The Denver Public Library has one of the nations renowned genealogy collections for research. Jaymie Middendorf, DPL’s Genealogy Librarian, will give us a virtual tour through slides of the library’s vast and unique collections. She can help you find materials for your family research and how to use them. Also, she will tell us what is available for historical information in and surrounding Denver.
Presenter: Jaymie Midddendorf is a genealogist and public librarian. With a passion for helping people find their family history, she creates and teaches engaging programs on genealogy, local history and research skills. Jaymie has a background in family roots from Denmark, Germany, Poland, Spain and Cuba. Jaymie holds a certificate of Genealogical Research from Boston University. She is a member of the National Genealogical Society, Colorado APG Society and several societies in the Denver area
