Family Program: Global Recycling Day!
In honor of National Recycling Day (on March 18), we will celebrate by making art from used materials and learning about sustainability. We’ll read books about how to protect Mother Earth and what we can do to help our communities. Join us for this two-part program with story time in the galleries with Denver Public Library Children’s Librarian Rachel Hartman from 10:30-11 a.m. and art making in The Making Space from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
The target audience for family programs is toddlers to eight years old, with siblings and friends of any age welcome. No registration is required; walk-ins are welcome!
Family programs are included with Museum admission: Free for CSM members, $10 adults, $8 seniors (65+), $6 teachers/college students/military, $1 Museums for All/Explorer Pass (with valid EBT card), always free for children ages 17 and under. Five by Five participants can scan the QR code when they arrive at the Museum to receive the program discount.
