Clay Date: Wheel Throwing Create & Sip
Spin the wheel, get a little messy, and make something memorable. Clay Dates is a playful, hands-on evening designed for beginners, date nights, friend groups, and anyone looking to try something new and creative.
With step-by-step guidance from our ceramics instructors, you'll learn the fundamentals of wheel throwing, including how to center clay, pull walls, and shape your own pottery. No experience is necessary—just come ready to experiment, laugh, and enjoy the process in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.
Whether you come with a partner, a friend, or solo, you'll leave with new skills, great memories, and a deeper appreciation for the art of pottery.
What's Included
2 hours of guided wheel-throwing instruction
2 complimentary glasses of wine or beer
All clay, tools, and materials
Glazing and firing of your finished piece by our instructors
Artwork ready for pickup in approximately 2–3 weeks
Please wear clothes you don't mind getting a little muddy, as clay can stain. You're also welcome to bring an apron and hand towel.
