FAMINE HARDSHIPS AND EMIGRANT JOURNEYS TO AMERICA AND OTHER LANDS
Description: Marylee will provide detailed information about her three Irish
great - grandparents who came to the United States during the famine. She will show ship records for their passage. The handout will include helpful websites and books.
Presenter Marylee Hagen has a B.A. and M.A. in Education from the
University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. She started her genealogy
research in 1995. Marylee is a member of several genealogy societies and
given many presentations. She has traveled and researched in Ireland.
