Public Invited to Wildfire Safety Fair on Sat., March 22
The event is on Saturday, March 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Foothills Parks & Recreation Fieldhouse located at 3606 S Independence St, Denver, CO 80235.
Approximately 20 government, nonprofit and volunteer agencies, including the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office and other county agencies, several fire departments including West Metro Fire District, the U.S. Forest Service, and Xcel Energy, will be at Wildfire Safety Fair.
Attendees will have the opportunity to look at firefighting equipment and vehicles. Free food will be available to the first 250 attendees.
