Les Mills Free Fitness Weekend, July 18-19


Join us or a weekend of fun fitness classes at the Hyland Hills Fitness Center, 2861 W. 120th Ave., as we launch the newest Les Mills workouts with fresh music and moves. These classes are FREE with no Fitness Pass required, making it the perfect chance to bring friends and try something new or jump back in. Every class you attend gives you a chance to win great prizes. The more classes you join, the more chances you have to win! Saturday Class Times: 7:30-8:30am BodyBalance: BODYBALANCETM features a scientifically backed combination of simple yoga moves, with some elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. The moves are carefully curated to strengthen your entire body and increase flexibility, and it’s all set to the perfect music to unwind to – so it’s easy to forget that you’re challenging your body and changing it for the better. 8:30-9:30am BodyPump: The high rep, lower weight training of BODYPUMPTM is based on a formula called THE REP EFFECTTM, which utilizes time under tension and fatigue to generate muscular adaptation. During a BODYPUMP workout, the fusion of science-backed moves, motivating instructors and great music helps you achieve much more than you would on your own. It is the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Sunday Class Times: 8:30-9:30am BodyCombat: BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.
