Join your neighbors and friends and come out to South Downing for a Halloween Eve event!
Roaming Buffalo BBQ & Green Giraffe Smoothie Bar will be serving until 7! Our local business neighbors will also be open to share their services and offer treats and giveaways!
Kids come and Trick or Treat! (Costumes not required, but encouraged)
