Nancy knows and she is here to hold space for you. Come join us in studio on Saturday November 16 from 1:30-3:00pm for a workshop designed to help you create a “holiday grief survival kit”. Nancy will share wisdom of yoga, movement, breath and storytelling to help you tap into valuable tools to use through any season. Pre-registration is required as a craft is included in your time so a headcount is necessary beforehand.
