Students will begin the class with 15 minutes of calm, intentional yoga movements with Jen to “wake up” the body. Coach Dave leads the next 20 - 25 minutes of interval training with weights challenging your core, upper, and lower body. The session ends with Jen's cool down and final Savasana. This class will leave you energized and ready to own the day.
*What to bring/wear: Positive energy, yoga mat, towel, bottled water, comfortable gym clothes, and gym shoes. Class happens every other Saturday and is included in your YAM packages or membership. Drop in fee is $25.
