North Texas Carnival of the Art Festival

The Shops of Willow Bend and the Collaborative Arts of Plano will host the largest indoor arts festival for families on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at The Shops of Willow Bend. Enter at the Food Court entrance. This free event is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will have art activities, performances, exhibits, and fun family activities for all ages. The North Texas Performing Arts is this year’s event Chair sponsor and the Shops of Willow Bend has generously made available the entire mall to house this exciting new event. As of this date, participant groups are North Texas Performing Arts, Chamberlain Ballet, Art Centre of Plano, Garage Arts, Rover Dramwerks, City of Plano and many other Plano arts groups. We are seeking arts and culture nonprofits, schools, creativer industries, artists and family oriented businesses to participate. Each participant will be provided a table, two chairs, tablecloth, and signage and be included in event promtional material in print and social media. You will provide an arts activity/game at your table, promo materials and staff/volunteers to man your table from 10 am to 5 pm. Artists may exhibit their work for sale (bring a hot spot).
