The Plano Comedy Festival

The Plano Comedy Festival, the largest comedy festival in North Texas, is returning for its seventh year next week (November 5-10) with a showcase of over 100 acts of stand-up, magic, character performances and more. In addition to the weeklong shows at The Plano House of Comedy, the festival has teamed up with the iconic Backdoor Comedy Club to offer early and late shows with seasoned pros and rising stars on November 8-9 This year’s headliners include: Learnmore Jonasi – Recent Top 5 Finalist on America’s Got Talent Don McMillan – “America’s #1 Nerdy Comedian”, America’s Got Talent, HBO, The Tonight Show Sarah Colonna – Chelsea Lately regular and writer, Star of After Lately, Shameless on Showtime, and Angie on Netflix Mike Vecchione – The Tonight Show, Netflix, Joe Rogan Experience Cipha Sounds – Netflix is a Joke Festival, TruTV, Chappelle Show Paul Varghese – Comedy Central, Showtime, NBC’s Last Comic Standing, Funniest Comic in Texas Winner Linda Stogner – Emmy Award Winner, Dry Bar Comedy, HBO Comedy Festival, Funniest Comic in Texas Winner KeLanna Spiller – Kevin Hart’s Hart of the City on Comedy Central Karith Foster – Oprah, Comedy Central, Howard Stern, Amazon Prime, Co-host Imus in the Morning The Magic of Eric Eaton – Merlin Award winner, Masters of Illusion Brad Upton – Dry Bar Comedy, 2nd most-watched comedy special on the planet, regular on Grand Ole Opry The festival will conclude with the Best of Fest Comedy Brunch at 1:30 on November 10.
