A magical winter solstice celebration for spinal care at the wall. Indulge in delectable snacks, savor the sound of the bowls, and bask in the bountiful blessings of a healthy back.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get comfortably set up and settled for your healing journey. Wear comfortable clothes and bring anything that will make you comfortable - a mat, blanket, eye pillow. We also have mats, blankets, and bolsters here at the shala for your use.
