This program includes a comprehensive approach to yoga as a lifestyle, a journey from the inside out.   Our Foundational 200-Hour program focuses on the concept of asana as Sacred Geometry, a tool aligning the essence of the pose, the purity of breath, and the ancient philosophy of the practice with today's modern issues. Our shape is unique to our history, body story, mindfulness, and intentions for arriving on the mat.
